Eligibility Criteria To be eligible to participate, applicants must: Be employed at a company that has purchased tickets to participate in the Program. Participants may not be employed at the same company. Complete a required eligibility questionnaire. The questionnaire is available at bit.ly/2zT3B5u. The questionnaire will indicate if you are eligible for the Program. Agree to accept the terms and conditions. Agree to be bound by the confidentiality of VibraTops. VibraTops reserves the right to reject or remove anyone from the Program at any time without notice. Agree to complete the training session at your company within 4 weeks of submitting your first invoice. Agree to complete a 5-day sales training program. Be able to provide all necessary training materials. Provide a minimum of 4 days per week attendance. Complete all required online training sessions. Complete all required e-portfolio (online) and training assignments within 30 days of each monthly billing cycle. Completion of the e-portfolio requires access to a computer and the Internet. Participants are expected to have all needed software and hardware available and up to date. Completion of e-portfolio includes filling out the weekly work plan, e-portfolio assignments, completing the required online training sessions, attending e-portfolio review meetings and the required monthly business coaching call. Each month, participants are required to submit their e-portfolio via the QZ portal (https://qz.al/wJ2S8d). Participants are required to submit weekly work plans via email to their coach and/or VibraTops Program Manager every week. Participants are required to complete 4 days of attending their coach and/or VibraTops Program Manager’s weekly calls. These calls are required to be completed online. Participants are required to complete an e-portfolio review meeting every 3 months with their coach and/or VibraTops Program Manager. These meetings are mandatory, weekly, online meetings. Participant must attend a minimum of 3 VibraTops training sessions per month. Participants may choose which program they want to attend but can only receive VibraTops services in one of the following states; AL, AR, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TN, VA, or WV. Participants may not attend both programs at the same time. Participant must complete the minimum of 4 days/week of attendance, this includes all required online sessions. We are unable to provide partial coaching or training. Participants must have a sales representative agreement signed and on file with their current employer before attending the sales training program. Participants are required to attend monthly coaching calls. These calls are mandatory. Participants are required to complete a written e-portfolio at the end of each month. Agreement and Plan of Action To participate in the Program, you agree to provide the services required and pay the Program fee outlined in the Agreement. You agree to follow all program requirements and rules in the Agreement, Eligibility Criteria and Plan of Action and your participation in the Program is subject to them. You agree to be bound by all Program policies and procedures. You agree to be bound by any rules of the Program that may be added, changed or deleted from time to time. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate information on the enrollment form and for promptly advising your coach of any changes. You will only be charged for services authorized by you. You will not assign or transfer this Agreement or Services to any other person. If you attempt to transfer your agreement and participate in the Program, you will not be eligible to receive any Services until the Agreement is transferred. By accepting an award from the Program and entering into this Agreement, you represent that you have the capacity and authority to execute this Agreement and all other Program documents and that the applicant is at least eighteen years old. VibraTops is under no obligation to use the services of anyone who has completed this Agreement or to pay the fees of any applicant who is disqualified from participating in the Program. You agree to indemnify VibraTops from any legal claims, demands or damages resulting from any of your acts or omissions. Eligibility for Program Participation Program participation is open to applicants who are employed full-time by a company in the states of AL, AR, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TN, VA, or WV. Program eligibility is based on employees’ roles, the size of their organization, and their sales and marketing capabilities. Applicants who meet these requirements will be placed on an eligibility list. Program participation requires the consent of the participating company. A participating company may remove any of its employees from the program at any time. Participating companies must agree to complete a minimum of 4 days per week attendance of required weekly calls with their coach and/or VibraTops Program Manager. Program participation includes a minimum of 20 hours of weekly coaching sessions, including required virtual meetings. You may not complete Program requirements if you are currently in a training session. Program participation is contingent upon a participating company’s approval. Program Ineligibility Ineligibility is based on: Applicants who are in an existing coaching program (not a training session) Applicants who are non-English speaking Applicants who have less than 2 years of sales experience in the past 6 months Applicants who do not meet the eligibility requirements for individual training, individual training and webinars, or webinars alone. Individual Training Program Agreement If you are accepted for the Individual Training Program, you agree to provide all Services specified under that program and the fee outlined in the Training Agreement. You agree to follow all program requirements and rules outlined in the Agreement. You agree to be bound by all Program policies and procedures. You agree to be bound by any rules of the Program that may be added, changed or deleted from time to time. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate information on the enrollment form and for promptly advising your coach of any changes. You will only be charged for Services authorized by you. You will not assign or transfer this Agreement or Services to any other person. If you attempt to transfer your agreement and participate in the Program, you will not be eligible to receive any Services until the Agreement is transferred. VibraTops Training Program If you are accepted for the VibraTops Training Program, you agree to provide all Services specified under that program and the fee outlined in the Training Agreement. You agree to follow all program requirements and rules outlined in the Agreement. You agree to be bound by all Program policies and procedures. You agree to be bound by any rules of the Program that may be added, changed or deleted from time to time. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate information on the enrollment form and for promptly advising your coach of any changes. You will only be charged for Services authorized by you. You will not assign or transfer this Agreement or Services to any other person. You agree to be bound by any rules of the Program that may be added, changed or deleted from time to time.
