Sleeping With the Enemy', where in the show he becomes her personal chauffeur, taking care of her baby daughter and her father. The scenes of him driving around Manhattan with her seem to be a nod to a similar scene in "Bambi", where he spends time with Thumper, although he doesn't seem to care about her or the baby, either. This is also hinted at when a newspaper photographer is interviewing them. In Season 5, it is revealed that he, like the rest of the Secret Service, had been blackmailed by a Chinese spy and is therefore forced to continue his life of crime, for cash. In Season 6, it is discovered that he fathered a child with a woman he picked up from a bar. She is found in Season 7 and is implied to have been adopted by the man whose house was destroyed by an EMP. It is later revealed that the child was stillborn; his wife was killed by the men who threw him out of the window. The death of his wife was later used to blackmail Andy into spying on the President. In the alternate universe of "The Day Before", Jack was married to Grace, but she had recently died from a rare disease. When Sam finds Jack, he had just finished saying goodbye to Grace, leaving her body at home. Sam promises to take care of Grace's funeral and promises Jack not to tell Grace's sister, who hated her because she believed Grace's death had something to do with Jack. Sam leaves before telling Jack anything else. In the alternate universe of "What the World Needs Now", Jack is in a wheelchair and is believed to be in prison for his crimes in "Grace". This is later revealed to be false when he is shown working as a janitor at his school and interacting with his students. Introduced in "Grace" Jolene Parker-Schott, who appears in this episode and has a recurring role in the show, is Jack's sister. Grace Parker had never mentioned her brother until then. Introduced in "The Storm" Introduced in "The World According to Jack" Introduced in "What the World Needs Now" Tess is the mother of Jack's son, Henry, and one of the few characters to befriend Jack. She is usually seen hanging out at the diner with Jack, and sometimes helps him out. She seems to be very close to her brother. She also has a relationship with her ex-husband, who is abusive to her. She eventually divorces him. Introduced in "Pandora's Box" Lillian, known as 'Lilly' (voiced by Sarah Chalke), is a woman who is in a relationship with Steve. However, he breaks up with her because of a minor mistake. Jack attempts to comfort her by asking her for sex in the park, but this makes her upset that he thinks of her as a whore. However, the next time Lilly sees Jack she kisses him, making him more confident. He then goes to find Steve and kisses him so he will never do that again, only to have Steve threaten him. Jack then takes him down by pretending to hold Steve hostage. Introduced in "Kaboom" Mimi is the leader of a group called the Cheesecakes and was the first woman that Steve kissed, something he wouldn't have done before his ex-girlfriend dumped him. When she comes back to the store for a new costume, she helps Jack look into who's been stealing things from him. While in her room, Jack makes a pass at her, which Mimi turns down, saying she feels she is old enough to date. Mimi tells Jack that she will be coming back on Saturday night, surprising Jack who was just trying to get information. Jack doesn't tell anybody but he later finds a condom in her purse, and thinks she's probably getting ready to cheat on him. Introduced in "Lois Comes to Jack" Lois is a woman who appeared on the series, and was the main suspect in the murders of Andy's fiancée and her dog. She is a college professor, who is also writing a paper on Jack, with much insight as to how a guy like Jack would get into so much trouble and yet have so little interest in getting himself out of it. However, in reality, she knows nothing of Jack's past. He finds out from her that she's been reading his blog, which she finds very appealing. It also turns out that Lois' daughter is pregnant and Jack decides to help her with the situation. Introduced in "Home" Tara is Jack's ex-wife, who is currently dating Bill for most of Season 1. Jack has kept his marriage from his family, and she eventually moves in with him and starts seeing Bill at the end of the season. They meet by chance in the diner when they realize that they are both looking for a dog that escaped from a car. Eventually, Jack convinces her to come home with him, where she ends up staying with him and Andy. They get to know each other again and fall back in love, but she eventually moves away for work after Bill decides to try to get into another relationship with her. Jack and Tara both get their own apartment, but she breaks up with Bill when she thinks that she can't have both of them. Their relationship ends, and they agree to stay friends. Introduced in "The Poker Game" Nathan is a woman who attends the poker game when Jack is being taken hostage, and later attempts to blackmail Andy into giving her money. She has a son named Luke, but they have been estranged since the boy accidentally ruined his birthday party when he invited his brother and his "girlfriend." During the hostage situation with Jack and the other gang members, Nathan and Andy almost kiss until Jack takes them both hostage. Eventually, she takes a liking to Jack and starts blackmailing him into buying her things by having her threaten to tell on him for the robbery. However, it turns out that she is an undercover police officer who arrests Jack for kidnapping and extortion. Introduced in "A Fistful of Meg" Andy's ex-wife, Michelle, is shown in a flashback episode, and is hinted at being possibly a lesbian. After losing custody of Andy's baby, Michelle takes her and her dog out to the diner and starts living there for a while. She eventually returns to her life in New York with the baby and starts dating again. Jack is disgusted by this, seeing that her life is perfect without him in it. Later, Jack goes to talk to Michelle about her possibly having a boyfriend, only to find that Michelle already had a baby with another man, and apparently had been telling him that she was single. Introduced in "The Gingerbread House" Mrs. Nesbit is a neighbor and elderly woman that Jack meets in his effort to make a gingerbread house for his grandmother. She asks for some gingerbread, but Jack is unable to fulfill her request. As he is about to leave, she mentions that Jack reminds her of her dead son. This makes Jack extremely uncomfortable, as he had been making a gingerbread house for his grandmother. He then notices that the name tag on her coat has Mrs. Nesbit with a long tail of hair. Introduced in "All Hail Cleveland" Mitch is a police officer who investigates Jack's thefts, only to find out that Jack knows him. He gets jealous of the fact that Jack's girlfriend likes him, and steals an expensive pen that has a hidden camera and mic in it. Eventually, he decides to set up a fake date between Jack and his fiancée, but a couple days later, Jack tells the fake fiancée about the pen. Mitch and his partner go to arrest Jack, but are too late. Jack calls them and the fiancée's father tells Mitch that Jack will not be taken alive. They then find out that Jack has escaped from prison, and they chase him down only to end up in a huge pile of garbage. Mitch, who is wearing a suit, finally falls out, having been impaled. After he dies, Jack breaks the garbage container open and buries Mitch in it. Introduced in "Escape From L.A." Jack goes to New York to give Andy a diamond ring, only to find out that there is a reward for his capture. When he calls his son, the police intercept the call, and the phone drops to the ground. Later, a lady answers the phone and tells Jack that he has $1 million in five minutes if he wants it. She then turns out to be a man in disguise as Jackie Chiles, the police commissioner. He tells Jack he can go as long as he behaves. This begins to push Jack back into a life of crime. Introduced in "The Thief" Kate and her husband are one of the only families on the side of the law that Jack and his friends can trust. The family has a son, Timmy, and daughter, Megan. They live near Jack in Westchester. They are also connected to the mob, although they've kept it hidden from their children. Kate is known for getting very nervous during her phone conversations with her husband. Introduced in "The Good Guy"
