Our company moto was: Good, better, best, never will we rest. Until we are better than the rest. We are not willing to rest for we have already fallen behind, for today. We keep pushing ourselves, bettering ourselves, and we strive to be the best we can. We have this drive for the future. How did we improve our efficiency and make life more enjoyable? We made a weekly meeting so that we could have a meeting every week, that we would have more updates. Also, we made a checklist for each department to help them figure out what they are able to do for the company. We tried to keep our meetings with 10 minute or less to go over what happened the day before. We had to try this for a while, but it works a lot better when everyone is there and you know exactly what to say. I really liked working at Invisibar. Although I couldn’t really learn a lot of things since I did not work at the company for long, I thought my tasks were interesting, and I did not mind coming in to the store for the morning. Invisibar, or in my opinion, just as good as any other work environment. The staff were hardworking, they would be able to work you hard but I enjoyed working there. They made work interesting with every-day jokes from workers. There was never any complaining because the workers were always laughing. The work was always fast paced, making it very stress full. It was difficult to get used to working at that company, but I eventually did. They always made sure everyone was doing their job and not straying away from their tasks. I would say working at Invisibar is very interesting. We had a lot of rules and policies to follow in order to be able to have a productive day. Everyone seemed to be on the same page of understanding what each person did and did not like to do, so it was very easy to organize and keep track of what had to be done. If you are looking to make a difference at your workplace, then you should consider applying to Invisibar as a store manager. What I liked about Invisibar was the leadership that was in place. They were all very willing to answer any questions that I had. Although the job was interesting, I didn’t have too much fun working at Invisibar because the workload was difficult to handle. I would work with Invisibar again because I believe I have made many new friends from Invisibar. I had fun working with Invisibar because they were always trying to do their best. Although it was hard sometimes when I had to work overtime, I never had any complaints about working with Invisibar. The workplace was a lot more relaxed because it didn’t have too much pressure to perform, which let the workers have a better time. They took the time to explain to me what was expected of me for the day. I really enjoyed working with them because they are very nice people. Working at Invisibar was great! The workers were very respectful of the customer and I felt they were always doing their best to help us. Even though Invisibar was quite new, they had everything planned out, it made it easy to have a smooth and smooth day. I would really like to have a position like the one I was working in. Our workplace had a lot of work to do in a day, the tasks were constantly moving, it was hard to get everything done, but they’re were always good about finishing any job that we needed to do before we close the store. Invisibar was definitely a good workplace, I’m sure any employee would enjoy working there. To be honest, I think working at Invisibar was a lot of fun because of the tasks I was able to do. I felt more fulfilled and happy knowing that there was more to look forward to at Invisibar. I also think that I would enjoy working at Invisibar again because they always had a good attitude about it. They seemed to be understanding of my life and always trying to figure out a solution that would work for everyone. I would say that working at Invisibar is an interesting experience because everyone always worked to get better as a store manager. We were very busy because we had to make everything very organized and tidy. We needed to make everything perfect before we even open. We would finish our work and then go home without even thinking about it. After we finished working there we’d say “Hey, where did the day go?” I would definitely work at Invisibar again because it was the best I have worked with. The customers were always happy, and we went to work everyday for free (food, drinks, and activities). Even though it was a long day when I got home I would say that I worked with such great people, and really enjoyed it. Invisibar was an interesting place to work for the whole day because we would have to try our best to make sure everything was finished as possible. In order for us to go home with peace of mind it was important for us to finish every job before we even arrived to the store. Even though it was tiring but it was good to have a purpose of doing our best when we arrived at work. I would have to say that working at Invisibar was okay because it was fun. I would enjoy working there if I ever need another job again. I enjoyed working at Invisibar because I was able to do a lot of things that I wanted to. I never got bored because there were always new things to learn and experience. I got the job that I wanted because my previous employer really worked hard to make sure that I got the best possible position. I know that if I ever get another job I can give a good reference on that company because they worked hard to keep me and get me the job that I want. I loved it because it gave me a chance to spend time with the new people that I met. Working at Invisibar, it was great! It was interesting and a lot of fun because the management was very active to making everything fun for everyone. I had no problems with management at all, they were very helpful and understanding at all times. Working at Invisibar was the best way to have a fun workplace because we really had to put our effort into everything. Even though there were a lot of changes in there and the pressure is sometimes a lot we could handle it. I think that working at Invisibar was great because the workers had a sense of community and a sense of belonging at a workplace. I liked working at Invisibar because I got to work with all of the other workers at the company. I got along with the workers and they were very friendly too. At Invisibar I was able to grow a lot as a person, I was able to meet new people and make new friends who were also employees of Invisibar. The managers at Invisibar are all very hardworking and I enjoyed working with them. I also enjoyed the atmosphere that Invisibar created because the atmosphere was very friendly, it was easy for me to find comfort when I had to go to work. The environment that Invisibar created is very friendly and inviting. There was always something new that I did and saw. I can always depend on everyone at Invisibar to get a job done because they are all nice and helpful. I loved working at Invisibar because it is a great place to be around with new people that all have the same interest of making everything work the best that it can be. The managers were all very polite and patient with each other and the workers. There was a sense of belonging in the workplace because every person there had a place where they belonged and felt comfortable working. I enjoyed working at Invisibar because they gave us a lot of freedom to do things that we wanted to do. We had different responsibilities to complete but overall it was not too hard because we were able to finish all of our tasks in a timely manner. The management at Invisibar were good people to work for because they really helped us with our tasks and always tried to be there to help when we were struggling. I enjoyed working at Invisibar because of the people who worked there, it was just like one big family. In my opinion, it was a good experience working at Invisibar. We got the chance to learn new things and get to know new people. Every time I go to Invisibar I see everyone getting along and making sure that everyone gets their job done. I can never complain about the work that I have to do because they give us plenty of time to rest. Even though
