Mad Scramble and Broken Hearts. This will be my third year of the event, so I’m very much looking forward to seeing you all. Looking back, what can I say? A fantastic bunch of guys and gals.
You have given me time and energy. Some of you I have known for many years.
This year the ‘coffee hour’ will be taking place in the ‘Hive’, which is very comfortable. So we’d love to see everyone dressed in a t-shirt, jeans and trainers for this lovely outdoor session (it’s a little bit nippy outside). Please do not come to the event in a formal shirt or jacket and smart trousers – you won’t fit in!
This year there will be no ‘posters’, but we do have a great selection of artwork in store for anyone interested in buying any of the originals. Please do remember to bring along an empty rucksack (approximately 20–40 litres), as this will be needed for transporting the artwork home. The rucksack will be a good option for you to also show off your new artwork.

Purchase Agreement Information:
1. The first option is to use PayPal to pay for your artwork. Go to http://www.paypal.com and follow the prompts to access your account.
2. Use email address as userID to retrieve your password.
3. If you don’t have a PayPal account or do not wish to pay by credit card, please contact me directly and I will send you the file as an email attachment for you to pay by bank deposit or cheque.
4. You may either pay for this work by credit card using Paypal, bank deposit or cheque. I will always send you an invoice and any cheques should be made payable to Mark Williams Art. You may also want to make a photocopy of this agreement as you will need to sign it and send it back to me.
5. Payment will be held on file for 1 year.
6. When payment is received in full, I will send you the artwork on the date agreed upon. If you have chosen the option for it to be sent by postal delivery, please note that this process may take a few weeks.
7. If you require the artwork by a certain date, please state it in your agreement and I will try my best to comply.
“What if I need something changed? If you need any changes made to the artwork or the contract before you are happy with it, please send me a message at hello@markwilliamssart.com. Once we’ve discussed the situation and mutually agreed a change, I will either make the changes myself or I will ask you to go to the original photographer and have the changes made by them. If they refuse to make the change and/or you are unable to make it yourself, I can re-shoot the image, create a new artwork from the original image and send you the new artwork. This is at my discretion and if you are unhappy with any of this please contact me as soon as possible.”
