Shipping is calculated from the quantity of items, the weight of the package and the destination country. Once you have placed an order we will automatically send you an email with a tracking number and a due date. This can vary depending on the destination country. All shipping costs are fixed, regardless of the size of your order. If you happen to see a lower shipping cost for the same products, please let us know and we will gladly adjust the price. SHIPPING COSTS United States: - $10.00 Rest of World: - $12.50 Orders are sent via USPS. Orders are shipped in a standard envelope. If you are from Europe, we will ask you to check with your local postal service about insurance and possible extra fees. * All packages marked as lost in the mail are not refundable and customers are responsible for the shipping costs. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY For purchases made on our website, we accept returns & refunds (shipping fees are non-refundable) on items that are unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags. All products are guaranteed to be as described. Your refund will be in the form of store credit. If your order is an in store pickup, we can not process the refund until your item arrives. This process can take up to two weeks to complete. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding your refund. Custom-Made Items are considered to be custom products, therefore not eligible for returns and exchange unless the order is damaged during shipping. Custom Orders All custom orders require to be submitted at least one week in advance of the order for production. Our team of professionals will send you a mock up in real size and you can choose the color, type of material or anything you want. The price for custom items is 20% higher than non custom products. If you change the product or color once the item has been customized, you can receive a refund of the difference but if you chose another color, that cost will be charged. If the product cannot be customized and is just an error on our end, you can receive a store credit, just send us an email. No refunds will be issued after the order has shipped or received by the client. If the product is no longer in stock or unavailable, you will receive an automatic store credit within 30 days of your purchase date. If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason other than a mistake on our end, you must reach out to us within 3 days of ordering, otherwise we are unable to offer store credit for your purchase. IMPORTANT NOTES All products are designed with love and care in our atelier. Most items are made-to-order and all orders are packaged in our custom made, eco-friendly pouches. In case of returns, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date of your order for returns, this means you have to make sure the package has not been damaged during shipping, you will not be able to make changes to the order and the package needs to arrive within 7 days of the delivery date. If the item has been damaged in shipping, you will receive a store credit. For returns and exchange, you must write down the name of the product and reason for return and send it to our team. If you make a mistake when ordering, you can ask us for a partial refund. We will be happy to solve any problem in order to reach a fair resolution as soon as possible.
