New York (CNN Business) Investors often hear that people are making the wrong investments in their portfolios because they are not managing their money correctly. But they tend to not learn which investments are the wrong ones. That's what prompted SRI Global, a fund holding mostly socially responsible investments, to release its annual "100 Worst Investments" report for 2019. SRI said its analysts combed through more than 120 data sets and financial research firms to identify the investment that was most harmful to their portfolios over the past year.
